What is the Ironclad Guarantee?

We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website and visiting the 'Order History' section.

What are your shipping rates and timelines?

We offer standard, ground, and next-day shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping is free for orders over a certain threshold, which is specified at checkout.

Can I have my worn gear repaired?

Yes, we encourage repairing gear to keep it in action. You can send your items to our Reno repair center or bring them to a local Patagonia retail store. Small repairs may even be done on-site.

How should I wash my Patagonia technical clothing?

To extend the life of your garments, we recommend washing in cold water with non-toxic, biodegradable detergent and line drying whenever possible. Always check the specific care label on your item.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated during the checkout process based on duties and taxes.
